He is the founder of BCS Advisory Group, which specializes in offering customized financial solutions to small businesses and startups, ensuring healthy business practices, strategies for driving growth, and creating and implementing tax-saving strategies. Gireaud holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a master's degree in tax law from Georgetown Law. He is an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) and is also the author of the book "Tax-Saving Strategies: How to Cut Your Taxes Under the New Law".
